Our most comprehensive maintenance agreement provides expert technical service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This coverage includes the repair or replacement of any covered system component that fails during normal usage. An authorized user just has to call or click our Service Department and a technician will be on-site within four hours.
Under the Labor Coverage agreement Bonneville will put a technician at the client’s disposal on 24 hours per day, 365 days per year basis. Our technician will troubleshoot the problem and make repair recommendations. Parts and equipment to complete the repair will then be invoiced separately. An authorized user just has to call or click our service department and a technician will be on-site within four hours.

Bonneville has technicians with trucks, ladders and equipment who can be deployed to your site to recommend, repair or replace damaged components.
